he Studied in St. Petersburg at the Drawing school of the Society for the encouragement of arts (the end of the 1890-х) Я. Ф. Ционглинского.

I Lived in St. Petersburg (Petrograd). In 1913-1914 made a trip to Spain and France. He painted landscapes, interiors, portraits; worked in watercolour and pastels. Author paintings: "Room in Bobrovka" (1907), "the Alley" (1910), "Autumn", "the Outskirts of St. Petersburg" (both — 1913), "Landscape. France", "Bridge" (both — 1914), "Park in the snow", "River Bobrowiecka" (both — 1915), "the Interior in the old manor house" (1916), "Fedorov hills" (1918). Works published in magazine "Niva".

was Engaged in book graphics. Issued publications: "Green a collection of poetry and prose. Almanac" (SPb., 1905), "Wonderful ring: a Folk tale" П. С. Соловьевой (Moscow, 1915).

From 1907 — participant of exhibitions. A member and Exhibitor associations: the First ladies ' art circle (1900, 1903-1907), New society of artists (1907-1917), the Moscow Association of artists (1911, 1913), World of art (1915). Works exhibited: 19-й exhibition of watercolors and drawings by Russian artists in the gallery "Lemercier" (1913), 11-й Ahram of the exhibition "Art into the masses" (1929) in Moscow; "Russian landscape" in Petrograd (1918-1919).

Work is represented in several Museum collections, among them — of the State Russian Museum, Perm state art gallery, Ekaterinburg Museum of fine arts.
