Evgeny Nutovich (1934-2017) got into the circle of unofficial art in the late 1950-х. He worked in the hospital, was in charge of the x-files, took pictures, was interested in the poetry of the Silver age painting. In 1958, an acquaintance he settled in the Tretyakov gallery, and worked in the weighing team, then the same photographer. Reservists with the masterpieces of avant-garde, meeting artists, meeting with Mikhail Kulakov, Alexander Kharitonov, a trip with Ginzburg in Lianozovo to Rabin — that's the way to a parallel reality that existed within the system of Soviet officialdom. It is believed that his collection began in 1960 with pictures of Rabin "Van herring".

the Uniqueness of the collection of Evgeny Nutovich is, in particular, that he began to collect paintings from the beginning of 1960-х, since the heyday of unofficial art. In his collection was the best thing Krasnopevtsev, Tselkov, Rabin, Plavinsky, Nemukhin, Sooster, Zverev, Yakovlev and other top names of the avant-garde.

Evgeny Nutovich was 82 years old.
