Fantasies and images often help to develop our internal and external work. The world of dreams can obscure and even save from threat to reality. But this seemingly cute escapism has a reverse side. When the illusion is starting to replace a life, and fantasy becomes aggressive. When the dream breaks into a reality, as a terrorist-смертник, and washes away built value system. When she fills our fragile consciousness, breaking its boundaries. Evil does so, or good? This is the question posed artists Ivan Plyushch and Irina Drozd in his new exhibition project. Creating the situation the intervention of the illusion into reality, the artists reflect upon its inconsistency with visual imagery, allegory and layering which is not easy to understand as the definition of a dream. Ivan Plyushch traditionally uses the art of painting to Express the existential Maxim. His art about over time, however, it does not record video — after endless film cannot be removed. The film needs heroes, storylines, metaphors and summing the images. So Ivy prefers more abstract and traditional twentieth-century media transfer of real images of being — canvases and spatial installations. He performs them in the form of artifacts, retaining traces of life processes. As far as he allows the mind, memory and conscience, Ivy captures purified from social life dynamics as an evolutionary process. In this perspective, a new series of paintings by Irina Drozd is unexpectedly serious. Unearthly by nature vision crystallized the very fabric of her paintings, subordinating emotion and the artist, and viewer.
