What are the criteria of high liquidity can be identified? What should you pay attention?

Works selected by the artist at auction shall be offered and sold in sufficient numbers: 7-10, and preferably 20 per year. 1. The undisputed leader of the nominal amount of the sold work is Ivan Shishkin — 69 lots sold out of 100 exposed. This result was achieved, certainly not by painting, but by lottery drawing. Assessment of liquidity AI should not be regarded as an appeal to buy only the authors of "liquid clips". No. The liquid list of authors is much longer. Yes, and the method is not perfect: the presence of cheap graphics blurs the picture to a good painting (in the future it would be necessary to calculate separately the painting). But in General the results correspond to our sensations — no wonder the names of the leaders in liquidity coincide with names of the hits auctions ARTinvestment.RU and, perhaps, difficult to argue with the fact that in turbulent times to focus on the liquidity of purchased artist — is at least a safer strategy for collectors (especially beginners) and never frightened investors.
