The exhibition theme of "Paris the eyes of Russian artists in the first half of the twentieth century. Its basis will make the work of artists from Russia in the first wave of emigration. idea of the exhibition is to convey the perception of life and culture of Russian cities a foreigner, to display the diversity of his experiences of life in Paris, with its festivals, bohemian and impoverished everyday life. In the plots of canvases - kinds of shops, bright and dark images of the city, the characters in the cafe, variety shows, theaters, and on the streets, still life, with its sumptuous dishes and little food, portraits of prominent representatives of Russian emigration, as well as images of a lost past.
The exhibition runs until May 20.
