In the State Central Museum of Musical Culture named after MI Glinka (st. Fadeeva, 4) opened the exhibition "Images of Russia", representing the most valuable exhibits from the Museum's collection. This paintings MV Nesterova , KF Juon , Isaac Ilich Levitan , Polenov , VMVasnetsov , B. . Vereshchagina from the collection of N. Golovanov, autographs spiritual and musical works of Rachmaninov and Tchaikovsky, rare photographs of famous musicians and famous Russian choirs - the Court Singing Chapel, the Synodal Choir.

an integral part of the exhibition is its "sounding number", composed of spiritual songs, NS Golovanov and his contemporaries. Nikolai Semenovich Golovanov, a graduate of the Synodal School of Church Music, Regent of the Synodal Choir, already in his youth became known as the author of scores. His post-revolutionary spiritual works, for many years remained unknown, were published by the museum together with the publishing house "Life-giving Spring" in 2004, many years after the death of the author.
