Today in Arkhangelsk Exhibition «Three Centuries of Russian Art» from the Russian Museum

Today at the State Museum Association «Art Culture Russian North» (Arkhangelsk) in the framework of a comprehensive federal program «Russia» Exhibition «Three Centuries of Russian Art» from the Russian Museum, as well as information and educational center « Russian Museum: the Virtual Branch ».

Exhibition of «Three Centuries of Russian Art» include more than 60 masterpieces of fine art XVIII - XX centuries. It demonstrates the fundamental processes taking place in the art of Russia during these three centuries, and gives an idea of the richness of the collection of Russian Museum. The exhibition includes works by prominent Russian artists: A. Antropov , F. Rokotov , D. Levitsky , A. Venetsianov , A. , I. Shishkina , Perova , B. Surikov , B. Polenov , A. Kuindzhi , Nicholas Roerich , IM , Z. Serebryakova , A. Samokhvalova , A. Plastov , E. Moiseyenko , and others.

Long-term comprehensive program of cooperation with the Russian museum of art museums in cities «Russia» is of great interest to the national fine arts from the experts and the general public throughout the country.
