Yesterday in London, ended the first day «week Russians bid» Sotheby's in London. Significantly higher estimeyta (250-350 thousand) was the amount the buyer paid for the work Basil Polenov «Egyptian girl », - 1049 million pounds. She also was a record for work by this artist.

On the same day in the British capital was the auction of imperial and royal gifts Sotheby's, with top lots that want to look at pre-show in Moscow on 8 and 9 November .
