From 3 to 7 December at the Central Exhibition Hall Manege Moscow will host XIII Art Fair «Art Manege».
Every year since 1996, this event is one of the most representative of the artistic life of Russia and collects a few days under one roof, gallery owners, artists, art dealers, collectors and lovers of contemporary art.
«Art Manege» sample of 2008 will be of interest to new actors art market and the new large-scale projects. Gallery «KultProekt» presents exhibition project «Yuri Kuper: stage of the opera by Bizet». Yuri Cooper - one of the greatest artists of our time, the famous scene, won the glory of bold and imaginative solutions. Specially for the exhibition of drawings of costumes and theatrical sets for the opera «Carmen», executed by the artist for the Rostov Musical Theater in a unique manner, the master has prepared 12 large sketches of costumes, performed on metal sheets in a mixed author's technique, which has put them into separate easel works. This is the first such project in Russia, Yuri Cooper.
