Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg accuses Christie's to sell counterfeit Kustodieva
Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg, sued the auction house Christie's. The reason for filing the suit was painting "Odalisque» Boris Kustodiev , Vekselberg acquired in 2005 for 1.7 million pounds sterling Russian art at auction Christie's. The auction house accused of selling fakes. From Christie's demand a refund for a picture and compensation for negligence and misrepresentation of facts.
