Valery Babin

Moscow artist Valery I. Babin was born in Berezovsky, a small town in the Urals. This simple biographical fact is the key to a more accurate understanding of the nature of his work, the main theme of which the artist considers the harsh Ural landscape.

Its distinctive features are: close attention to the color scheme, which often tends to be understated and monochromatic palette; simple stories whose routine under the hand of a master acquires the sublime suggestiveness of the myth, for which geographical attachment is lost, and she was replaced by recognizable by every human versatility. The atmosphere of the Russian province from Babina invokes a heartbreaking sense of nostalgia, but it lacks any sweetness or sentimentality. His chamber landscapes where little characters are busy with the daily business, as if immersed in a state of "waking dream". The viewer all this invokes the feeling of light deja vu, allowing the artist to breathe new life into their own experiences and memories, making them close and understandable to everyone.

Farid Bogdalov

Close to the aesthetics of pop-арта recognizable visual style Farid Bogdalov was formed in the late 1980-х — early 1990-х years, when the artist already had training (in 1984 he graduated from Moscow art-промышленное school. M. I. Kalinin majoring in "artist's tapestries", and in 1984-1986 studied at the painting Department of the Surikov Institute). Subsequently, he participated in the creation of the Moscow art-сквота "Furmanny lane", which became a locomotive for the formation of a new language of art.

Using their images borrowed from mass culture, Bogdalov pays special attention to the study of such aspects of modern civilization as government, the economy and the culture of consumption. Especially in their visual expression. Bogdalov a very versatile artist. For example, his "mirror" series also serves as imagem pop-арту and classical Western art (think "Las Meninas" by Velazquez or "Portrait of the couple Arnolfini" by van Eyck). One of the key for creativity Bohdalova instruments, by his own admission, are irony and paradox: "Externally, from a formal point of view, my works are often unsolvable paradoxes. Thus, the paradox, if not expresses the truth, then, at least, hinted at its existence and in a sense points to the truth".

Marina Sencheva

a Key influence on the work of Marina Georgievna Tenevoy has had her membership at the Studio "New reality" under the direction of Elia Belutin, teachers which in turn was Aristarkh Lentulov and Pavel Kuznetsov. Thus artistic pedigree tenevoi the Association can be traced back to the pioneers of Russian avant-garde, the echoes of whichyou can find in the works of the artist.

In his works Sencheva looking for ways to get in plastic form emotional and mental impulses of specific people, erected to the level of universal phenomena. This desire can be directly linked with the ideas of Russian avant-garde about the spiritual foundations of life and the existential destiny of art in need of urgent forms of expression.

Anna Lavrova

Anna M. Lavrov was also a member of the Studio "New reality" under the direction of Elia Belutin. She was a member of almost all the exhibitions of the Studio until the end of the existence of the "New reality", including the famous steamboat trip on the Volga in the early 1960-х years. Painting classes Lavrov, combined with the work in the applied arts, designing clothes for the Soviet textile industry and participating in international exhibitions (including in Moscow, London, new-Йорке and Warsaw). Even working with large-scale forms, Lavrov created a balanced and technically sound composition, filled with drama of human emotions.

Following the "theory of common ability to contact" Belutin, the participants of the "New reality" has developed its own system for expression in the art of deep human emotions. "Write what you see and what it makes me feel. Create a likeness of the subject, but the complexity of the experiences which you at the moment work is part of", — Belyutina these words more accurately describe the creative credo of Anna Laurel.

Elena Gorina

do Not fit into the framework of a specific artistic trends, creativity Helena Gorina on the verge of realism and abstraction. Her unique style was the result of meditative attentiveness to your own inner world. According to the artist herself, listening to herself, she transfers to the canvas or paper images that arise in her mind and solicit outside. Analyzing her work, you can talk about the undoubted influence of the representatives of the Russian avant-garde of the early twentieth century and ancient icons, the love of which was instilled in Gorina father, a prominent Soviet restorer.

since 1970-х years, in the works of the artist there is a gradual departure from the academicism and the overwhelming desire to Express a specific emotion through painstaking work with color and form. Gorin explains itself the sensuous nature of their creations that in the process, she does not wish to represent a particular object, and are experiencing in this moment of emotion: "the paper Space and color are not the image of the "visible world", they — derived from the inner life. The world's image reflected in man. To understand it, to see if soul". Subtle sense of color, its combinations and shades is characteristic of the picturesque language Gorina, she conducts a dialogue with the audience for which emotional start in the perception of art is more important than the rational.

Galina Bystritskaya

Working strong strokes, Galina al'bertovna Bystritskaya primarily paints from nature, trying to accurately convey the atmosphere of a particular object or place, missed through one's own consciousness. The result of this desire becoming landscapes, still lifes and portraits, filled with unique energy and dynamism. Paramount Bystritskaya pays color, a variety of which her paintings critics often describe with the word "swirl", "riot" and "fireworks".

a Separate place in the work Bystritskaya is the paintings created during his travels. Their feature is that they are written right oil. The inspiration can be anything, a landscape or any scene that "catches" the attention of the artist. By her own admission, sometimes this leads to unexpected results: "in a few days, went to a terrific impetus from the city [of Venice] that I couldn't sleep. I worked continuously. My hands were shaking from excitement. I realized that I was losing every minute, if not write".

Yuri Izosimov

In the work Yuri Izosimov the emphasis is on line, which often becomes a sculptural volume and becomes self-expressive means entering into dialogue with other elements of the composition. Graduated from Abramtsevo-промышленное school artist to date, is a member of the creative Association "David Group", in which he regularly exhibited, and leader founded the Studio "Uley", adopted its name from the famous Parisian residence for artists (La Ruche) in Montparnasse.

His work, according to the artist, reflect his life experience, and their distinctive features — pointlessness Suprematist nature, the combination of sharp lines and bright colors.

Sergei Maksyutin

In the formative stage of his work Sergei V. Maksyutin mainly created complex conceptual composition, be it portraits, still lifes or landscapes. Later, moving away (although not completely) from the figurative and the narrative, he focused on the landscape, tending to abstraction, and the place of the mysterious symbols in his paintings began to take the elements of the elements — air and water. Since that time Maximinum entrenched status of the "artist of the primordial". More "fluid" were not only images, but also the meaning of his paintings, and the technique of their execution. Usual coordinates — such as perspective, foreground or skyline — is now available. The color palette consists of natural shades,by working with them, the artist conveys the features of the interaction between air and water.

At the level of the meaning of "mobility" creations Maksiutina is that the images in the paintings are devoid of a static framework. They flash before the viewer's eyes is fleeting and ephemeral ghosts. In this sense, of particular interest are intermediate of the work created at the intersection of figurative and abstraction, when the drips water the outlines of objects just guessed.

Olga Rudakova

To Olga Mikhailovna Rudakova still life is a syncretic genre (akin to Symphony music), allowing you to combine a wide variety of art techniques and semantic planes. Building a composition from a minimal set of objects, cutting off all unnecessary and using in the painting only a few colors, the artist does not limit the range of their expressive means and reaches its maximum balance, while leaving the viewer with a complete associative freedom of perception.

Vigorous strokes Rudakova creates landscapes, still lifes and portraits, each of which is a reflection of her personality, bears the unique imprint of its distinctive style. In later works a major role in the works of the artist, the black color, the abundance of which, ironically, makes her paintings are grim. In combination with thickened contours of objects it creates a confident frame on the basis of which increase air-breathing songs, filled with internal drama.

Nina Shapkina-Корчуганова

Creative development Nina Borisovna Shapkino-Корчугановой had on the era of 1980-х years — period in Russia's history, when there were a hard fault between the individual and the society, which was sometimes indifferent and often openly hostile towards the private person. It was at this time formed a cross-cutting theme of creativity Shapkino-Корчугановой as a prominent representative of the neo-realist school — theme of loneliness expressed in the image of the passerby.

the Most frequent plot figurative paintings the artist made in a traditional technique, have become scenes of everyday life involving ordinary people. At the same time she Shapkina-Корчуганова avoids to impose on the viewer a clear interpretation of their work, focusing on the subtext. In the conditions of accelerating reality she examines creativity and its perception as a slow, purely meditative process: "I try to speak the language of painting, constructing his sentences without hypocrisy, and do not consider it necessary to follow the fashion in art, often leading to the gate of the absurd and emptiness in a glossy package".
