About the artist

Valery Yurlov was born in 1932 in Alma-Ате. In 1955 he graduated from the Moscow polygraphic Institute, where his teachers were S. Telingater, P. Zakharov, I. Chekmazov, P. Miturich, , A. Goncharov, V. Favorsky@

Since 1956 began to develop their own alphabet of geometric shapes (triangle, circle, drop), made the first experiments in the study of the relationship between the pair forms — direction, nobody before him has not been studied.
