Victor Kullback was born March 12, 1946 in Moscow, where he graduated from high school and art. He studied at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute and worked as an illustrator in various Moscow publishing houses. Five art exhibitions Victor Kullback in the Soviet Union were closed by the authorities after 2-3 hours after their discovery. He emigrated in 1975.
