Paul Chelischev (1898-1957) grew up in a family Kaluga landowner and studied painting with private teachers. On the canvas that is exposed at Christie's auction in April, shows Edalzhi Dinsho (1916-1970). Dinsho, son of the founder and owner of leading Indian companies for the production of cement, was born in Mumbai, and died in New York, which moved along with her sister the day before the Second World War.
