In one of the branches of the National Art Gallery of Armenia, located in the town Hrazdan, stolen 18 paintings by famous Armenian artists. In particular, this work Martiros Saryan , Panos Terlemezian , Gevorg Bashinjaghyan and others.
According to the Armenian police, the theft occurred on the night of April 1. The thief entered the gallery through a window of the building.
Among the stolen paintings - the author's copy of Hovhannes Aivazovsky pictures «Shipwrecked», all the rest of the paintings were originals. The total damage has not yet been installed. The cost of painting refined.
