Painter, graphic artist

from a family of military officers. He studied at the physico-mathematical faculty of the University of Novorossiysk. For several years he served at the customs. In mid-1890's, was engaged in painting and drawing at a private art school MM Manilama; in 1897 he studied at the Odessa drawing school. He took lessons at the Odessa artists OG Turtsevich, VV Naake, GS Golovkova.

lived in Odessa. Wrote mostly marine and river scenery with boats and ships in the tradition of realistic art. From 1910 - participant of exhibitions. In 1910-1917 exhibited his works at the spring shows in Odessa, Ekaterinoslavle, Elisavetgrad, Kiev, Nikolayev. Member of the exhibitor and the Association of South Russian Artists (1919), the Art Society to them. KK Kostandi (1922-1928). Member, secretary and treasurer of the Odessa Society of Independent Artists (since 1920).

Works Krihatskogo represented in several museum collections, including the collection of the Odessa Art Museum.
