GALKIN Ilya Savich (Savvovich)

From 1883 to 1892 as an auditor attended classes at IAH in St. Petersburg. In 1884 it received a certificate for teaching drawing in the "lower" schools.
In 1887 he was awarded two small silver medals. In 1892 he graduated from the course with the title neklassnogo (free), painter. In the autumn of the same year was promoted to the class artist of the 3rd degree, in 1893 - class artist of the 1st degree for the portraits of painters YB Feddersa and VG Kazantsev.
