Name Rudolf F. Wilde is widely known in the art and literature among collectors. Items created based on his sketches before and after the revolution, occupy an important place in Museum and private collections, with equal success, participating in exhibitions devoted to the art of the early XX century campaign style of the first post-revolutionary years. A graduate of the Central school of technical drawing of Baron A. L. Stieglitz, Rudolf F. Wilde nearly thirty years as head of painting Studio of the porcelain factory, creating projects like glass and porcelain.

Stylistic preferences of the two eras, the rift between which were the events of 1917 is reflected in the numerous sketches executed Wilde for the Imperial crystal and porcelain vases in the spirit of modernity and neo-Russian style, in the Soviet time — for various tableware forms of propaganda porcelain and vases with fantastic landscapes for performance using the underglaze technique, gravitating to the art style-деко. Rudolf Fedorovich was able to breathe new creative content in products of the Novgorod porcelain factory "Proletarian", where he worked a short time at the end of his life, cut short tragically.

Complement works by contemporary artists of JSC "Imperial porcelain factory", inspired by the creative legacy of Rudolph Wilde.
