Today in the Museum is opened Russia's first large-scale retrospective of one of the most important representatives of nonconformism Vladimir Nemukhin. Part of the exhibition dedicated to the work of Lydia Masterkova
Moscow Museum of modern art in conjunction with the Tsukanov Family Foundation and the AVC Charity Foundation presents the exhibition "Vladimir Nemukhin. The verge of formalism. Lydia Masterkova. Lyrical abstraction". This is Russia's first large-scale retrospective of one of the most important representatives of nonconformism Vladimir Nemukhin. Part of the exhibition devoted to the work of the artist Lydia Masterkova (1927-2008).
the exhibition presents works from the Pushkin Museum to them. A. C. Pushkin, the State Tretyakov gallery, the Tsukanov Family Foundation, AVC Charity Foundation, the cultural Foundation "Ekaterina", as well as from private collections of Russia and Europe@
Over one hundred paintings and sculptural works allow to trace the artistic development of the artist from the 1950s, to the present day. A number of works, including two monumental sculptures, created especially for the exhibition, will be presented for the first time public@
