Victor S. Kazarin (1948) - semidesertic, the developer own poststreptococcal art system. Fame came to him in the late 1970's, the period of participation in the legendary shows at Malaya Gruzinskaya. Later Kazarin joined the core group of "21". The group is named according to the number belonged to her artists, among whom were prominent Anatoly Zverev (1986 Kazarin with Zverev has performed a large series of joint works). The most representative retrospective Kazarin took place in 1991 in the Arena, the exhibition was shown about 600 paintings. With 2011 Kazarin is a member of the Association of artists of the Moscow Union of artists. The artist lives and works in Moscow and Ferapontovo.
