In Ekaterinburg Museum of Fine Arts (Ekaterinburg, Vojvodina, 5) opened the exhibition "Great realists. Russian painting of the second half of the nineteenth century. " The exhibition features over 60 paintings of the classics of Russian art. Ilya Repin and Vasily Surikov , Vasily Perov and Ivan Kramskoy , Ivan Aivazovsky and Masterpieces , Fine arts and Ivan Shishkin , Vasily Polenov and Levitan - the domestic art of the second half of the nineteenth century can rightfully be called the Golden Age of Russian realism, which is literally colored with a whole galaxy of talents. Many of them were members of the Association of Traveling Exhibitions, which has become virtually synonymous with Russian painting of this time. Never - either before or after him - the art of Russian artists was not so close and clear to everyone.
