Today, July 28, at the State Center for Contemporary Art opens annual international festival of contemporary art collections. He realized as a festival of private, corporate, public collections of contemporary art as a dialogue point of view of art collectors values, where the history of culture is seen in the drama of real historical time.

Special theme festival in 2009 - a collection of the artist. Such artists as Grisha Grisha Bruskin , Mikhail Grobman , Vadim Zakharov , poet Vsevolod Nekrasov, Vladimir Nemukhin , Vladimir Tarasov and other of Russian and foreign colleagues have collected a significant and vibrant collection of works by contemporaries. Each collection has its own character, due to personal and professional predilections owner, while a party to the artistic process.

opened on 27 July. The first exhibition cycle «Collection of the artist» introduces the creative practice of the artist Vadim Zakharov as a collector, publisher, archiver national artistic process, primarily, the phenomenon of the Moscow Conceptual School.

28.07.2009 . Exposition «Igor Shelkovskoy: white, red, black».

From the Collection of the NCCA and the collection of the author. The exhibition features new works by the artist in a series of «City», and other works of recent times, including the gifted author of a collection of the NCCA.
