7 August, 2008 Corps Benoits State Russian Museum opens exhibition «Artworks Nikolay Mikhaylovich Suetin».

Exhibition of N. M. Suetin demonstrate, not all, but many facets of art as a basis for their project: drawings, watercolors, porcelain. Work will be exhibited in the collection of Russian Museum: Suprematist songs of 1920's (as of Vitebsk, and the Leningrad period); painting «A woman with a saw» the late 1920's, the blockade sketch for the painting «victory», Porcelain 1920's and 1930's.

The exhibition will include a large number of works from private collections, in particular small study analyzes the composition, performed under the leadership of Malevich, competitive designs of furniture for the home workshop in 1927, the graphic series late 1920's - early 1930's: Peasant, the so-called Poluobrazy (or images of the Virgin), large black and white sheets, with repeated motifs of peasants, sheaves, airships, as well as drawings of the war years.

Nikolai Mikhailovich Suetin was an artist of powerful and ambitious talents: Easel, designer, ekspodizaynerom, author arhitektonov, paintings and forms of porcelain, works of decorative art.

The exhibition will run until October 13, 2008.
