April 11, 2013 at the "House of the Nikitsky antiquarian book" will auction "From the Silver Age to the Soviet constructivism and the front of the book , "which will present 320 lots of rare books and manuscripts of famous Russian writers of the first half of the XX century.
One of the top lots of the auction - it kills the head of the famous novel by Andrei Bely" Petersburg ". According to the famous literary early XX century R. Ivanova-Razumnik survived only 3-4 copies of this publication. This great rarity is also interesting that in the book enclosed a handwritten note A. White, and summons to the writer, had ordered him to appear for the conduct of the case concerning the publication of the disgraced "Petersburg».
No less interesting and tragic fate of poems by Anna Akhmatova, printed in 1946, the entire print run of the book was destroyed, and survived only a few copies of the book, now considered the greatest rarity.
