There would be all to rejoice and calm down, but there is one thing: how to deal with "Happiness", no one agreed with the author — Boris Matrosov. And have been since the beginning. The artist did not give permission to install this facility in Perm. The original version of the text of the installation was made by Matrosov in 2005 for the festival "Art Field" in Moscow (curator Aidan Salakhova). In 2009 in Perm "Happiness" was reproduced without permission and without the financial participation of the artist. Legally art-объект not decorated in any way was, for him, there is absolutely no documents. And last year Perm image center "Senator" signed with the artist license agreement for the production of Souvenirs with the image art-объекта "Happiness" in Perm, i.e. recognized him as the author of the work.

This is the first of what has been achieved Matrosov in the fight for their copyrights, and the artist doesn't intend. Under the post on Facebook with the "good news" from the Director of the Museum, PERMM in the end, it sparked heated debate, with the participation of the artist and his agent Elena Cuprinol-Ляхович, which calls the artist the owner of the facility and willto achieve payment of the fee for the work —даже if you have to go to court.
