Representatives of the museum did not disclose the cost of works. It is, however, that the work of Dali, it was purchased at the Art Fair in Maastricht TEFAF. A canvas Lempitski was bought in May 2002 at an auction Sotheby's. It has brought a record for the artist 2.6 million dollars and was the first of its work, part of the permanent exhibition of the Dutch museum.
