Valery Kharitonovich Eisenberg (1947-2020) graduated from Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute in 1971. From 1986 to 1988 was a creative Association "the Hermitage". Leonid Vinogradov (1938) — representative of the academic school, adhering to the classic landscape tradition. The artist studied at the Kostroma art school. N. Slana from 1956 to 1961. In 1970 was admitted to the Union of artists of the USSR. In 1991, he became an honored artist of the RSFSR.
