From a family of painters. Granddaughter of the artist Pyotr Vasilyevich, the daughter of the painter Vasily Petrovich Kalinich, sister of Nina Vasilievna, Cascina-Памятных. He studied at Perm art College (1920-1921) А. В. Каплуна in the Moscow VKhUTEMAS — Vhuteine (1921-1927) С. В. Герасимова, Р. Р. Фалька, Г. В. Федорова. In 1928 the trip of Glavokhota first visited in Uzbekistan.

Lived in Samarkand (1930), Tashkent (from 1932). Created theme paintings depicting the life of the Republic of Uzbekistan: "Jump" (1928), "cotton" (1930), "Crossing Cheese-Дарью", "Women on the farm — greater force" (1936), "Farhad Builder" (1939), "the liberated land" (1942), "the girl with the tambourine" (1945), "Success link" (1948), "lunch break" (1949), "Harvest on the farm" (1953; together with З. Иногамовым), "the Steppe calls" (1954), "Generous summer", "Italy in Khumsan" (both — is 1957), "virgin land" (1960), "Club day" (1961), "the Road to the gardens" (1965). He executed paintings based on the poems of Nizami, and А. Навои. The author of still life: "Evening window" (1937), "Sunflower" (1939), "Fruits", "Pear" (both — 1946), "Cherry" (1948), "Spring roses" (1958), "Ceramics", "Gladioli" (both — 1963). Executed a number of portraits. He worked a lot in watercolour and tempera; is the author of numerous genre sketches, which show characteristic types and life of Uzbekistan. Painting is characterized by expression, brightness of color combinations.

during the great Patriotic war collaborated in the Windows Usbjtag; has created a poster: "the Country in front of a soldier calling — friend go to the factory" (1941), "I will avenge you, brother" (1942), "be a Hero!" (1944); after the war — "Right to education" (1950), "let the song fly over our Motherland" (1954), "Friendship — is happiness" (1957), "will Deploy a nation-wide campaign on the growth of cotton" (1970).

In 1964 together with А. В. Кедриным performed ceramic mural "Farm work" for the pavilion of Usbsr at ENEA.

From 1929 — participant of exhibitions (2-ая exhibition of society of artists "GROWTH" in Moscow). Exhibited at the exhibitions of the group "Thirteen" (1929, 1930), paintings by artists of Uzbekistan (1934), all-Union art exhibitions (1939, 1946, 1950, 1957, 1958, 1961, 1967) in Moscow "Painting, graphics, sculpture, folk masters" (1938), the Republican art exhibitions (1940, 1951, 1962, 1965) in Tashkent and other. Participated in many exhibitions of Soviet art abroad — in Amsterdam, new-Йорке (both — 1929), Vienna, Berlin (both — 1930), Philadelphia (1934) and others.
