In 1925-1928 he worked on designing and building of the Central Institute of mineral raw materials in Zamoskvorechye (CIMS). In 1929 led the competition design of the plant (together with Н. Я. Колли, Г. М. Орловым, С. Г. Андриевским); in 1927-1932 — chief architect of the Dnieper.
