Supervisors under the leadership of Antonio Gauzy selected works of 80 authors from different regions of Russia. Part of the exhibits created especially for the exhibition

the Exhibition, scheduled to open on August 7, 2020, the wall St.-петербургского "Manege", — third part of the global project NEMOSKVA, dedicated to the development and support of interregional cooperation in the field of contemporary art in Russia. The exhibition is called "not-quite in the offing", referring to the name of the famous art-объекта Boris Matrosov "Happiness not far off", located on the river Kama in Perm.

"Project UNMOSCOW — is an important part of the strategy of regional development of the Pushkin Museum. What-то sense, many of us come from the “Nevsky”, and this project — are the living embodiment of a common cultural field in which there are no boundaries between the capital and the province. We are very pleased that in this difficult time we have the opportunity to explore the state of contemporary art in the regions of the country, to feel the mood of the artists and to share these observations with our audience", — results review of Marina Loshak, Director, Pushkin Museum im. A. S. Pushkin, the channel "Culture".

"the theme of the exhibition, on the one hand, emphasizes the idea that the development of modern art in Russia is often characterized through the absence, not the presence of something-либо. And this stage we have already experienced. The exhibition highlights the productivity of a condition of endless waiting, which during a pandemic has become perhaps the main marker of the epoch and civilizational changes taking place", — quoted by the words of the author of the idea and of Commissioner Alisa Prudnikova Agency TASS.

the Exhibition, organized with the support of the State Museum of fine arts named after A. S. Pushkin, Committee for culture of St.-Петербурга and of the Vladimir Potanin Foundation, you can visit the Central exhibition hall "Manezh" in St. Isaac's square in St.-Петербурга from 7 August to 15 October 2020.
