the Exhibition is a "slices of Russian life" since the mid-nineteenth century and ending with modernity, however, shows a variety of styles and artistic personalities in sculpture. Genre in Russian art known to the audience primarily by paintings and drawings of the nineteenth century and much less well-known sculpture of this kind, where a composition on the theme of everyday life appeared quite late. The best examples of narrative plastics will certainly find response in the viewer due to recognition conflicts in life and human feelings and aspirations.

the exhibition presents over 100 works by authors such as mark Antokolsky, Matvey Chizhov, Fyodor Kamensky, Evgeny Lanceray, Nikolai Liberia, Paolo troubetzkoy, Ilya Gintsburg, Innokenty Suvorov, Ninel Bogushevskaya. The exhibits come from the collection of the State Russian Museum, from the collection of A. G. Egorov (Moscow), and Moscow and Petersburg sculptor Dmitry Kaminker, R. A. Latchem, A. by V. Swiatowy, M. Spivak, V. A. by Petrovichev, I. V. Yaroshevich.
