Yuri Kuznetsov: "In his native country"
In gallery complex "Artifact" exhibition Yuri Mikhailovich Kuznetsov (1930-2014)
the Exhibition, prepared by the gallery "Artpanorama", includes works of different years, United by the theme of their native country.
Yuri Kuznetsov had a chance to visit many parts of the Soviet Union. He was in Kamchatka and Pamir, worked in Latvia and Belarus, has many times in an average strip of Russia. Always among people, the artist saw their lives — with the work and joy, weekdays and holidays.
But "the most beautiful place in the world" by Yuri Kuznetsov was the native village of Red, near Gorokhovets. The artist often visited there, worked in the open air, wrote. His friend Kim Britov, prefacing the catalogue of an exhibition Kuznetsova, reminisced about working together in a close-to both the masters of the Vladimir.
the traditions of the Vladimir school of painting in paintings by Yuri Kuznetsov received the author's original incarnation. Painting it textured, decorative, joyful. His characters smile, dance, sing, live their daily lives.
From around the country brought the artist both rural and urban landscapes, architectural composition, exposure, in particular, included "the Architecture of the Kremlin", "Kremlin wall", "Kostroma", "Bazaar in Gorokhovets", "Settlement on the Kamchatka Peninsula" and other significant works.
At the exhibition a lot of genre works, immersing the viewer in the atmosphere of the past of our country — "Morning factory", "may 9 at the bottom-Туринске", "Farewell to the front of the Omsk cooperators. 1941", "Ceremonial start of production" and other paintings, created by Yuri Kuznetsov in creative mission in their home country.
the Exhibition is open from 11:00 to 21:00 daily, seven days a week. Admission is free.
