In 2000-m to year at the Russian State humanitarian University opened the Museum "Other art" — a permanent exhibition of works from the collection of Leonid Talochkin deposited in Museum centre RGGU. After the death of the collector in 2002, the collection continued to be exhibited in the halls of the Museum up to the present time, when it was decided to transfer the collection of the Tretyakov gallery. Its place in the halls of the RSUH now is a work from the collection of Michael Alshiba@

Collection renowned surgeon Michael Alshibaya exists since 1986 and covers the period of Russian art from the late 1950's until the present time. The main core of the collection consists of works by non-conformist artists. Beginning with the interest in this phenomenon of national culture, Alshibaya pretty quickly moved on to more modern context, expanding the collection of works from contemporary artistic process.
