At the Institute of Russian realist art opened a new exhibition "Benvenuti  Welcome — Welcome. Travel diary of Anatoly Kokorin". The Museum presents a 180 graphic works of the prominent artist, as well as his personal belongings and lifetime editions. A new exhibition continues the series of exhibition projects of the Institute of Russian realist art, acquainting the viewer with the masterpieces of graphic art XX veka@

Anatoly Kokorin — a talented painter, graphic artist and Illustrator of the Soviet era, however, geography and themes of the exposition are far beyond the USSR. In his youth, together with the foster family Kokorin lived for several years, first in Britain, then in Germany. As a martial artist Studio of a name of M. B. Grekov, he made sketches of the ruined cities of Hungary, Romania, Czechoslovakia, Austria. It is the fortieth years of the twentieth century, dated to the first travel diaries of Anatoly Kokorin, in which runaway full-scale sketches are combined with the author's comments and notes. Kokorin — absolute cosmopolitan and their happiness explains exactly what he managed to travel the world, to visit his great stolicy@

Drawings Kokorina sincere and accurate. The characters in his sketches become famous Roman cats, windmills of Amsterdam, London "Bobby", tiled roofs of Tallinn. The artist's passion for travel, his interest in everything new immediately conveyed to the viewer. Watercolor Kokorina name is literally in dorogu@

sections of the exhibition "Benvenuti  Welcome — Welcome" correspond to the geography of travel of the artist in Denmark, the Netherlands, Finland, Hungary, Austria, Germany, France, Italy, great Britain and the Baltic States, and include landscapes of Moscow and Leningrad@

Travel gave rich material for another meaningful, perhaps the main, section of the artist — book illustrations. Drawings exhibition fairy tales of Hans Christian Andersen, Charles Feather, Gianni Rodari, Alexei Tolstoy and today considered a benchmark for design of children's literature. Passion for creative destiny Andersen is embodied in the book of Anatoly Kokorin "In the country of the Great storyteller". Special interest and not published, but presented at the exhibition, the sheets to a story by Nikolai Gogol's "Rome".

Homemade layouts of books, first editions, personal items and video projection, based on rare archival material, will complete the exhibition-the artist and Cocainedependent@
