Today at the State Russian Museum opens the exhibition "Arkady Plastov. Soil and fate". The exhibition takes place in the year of the 120th anniversary of the birthday of Arkady Plastov (1893-1972). One of the greatest masters of the peasant theme in Soviet art 1930-1960-ies, A. A. Plastov was created in their works deeply truthful images of the inhabitants of his native village of Prislonikha and scenes of everyday life in a Russian village, which reveals the profound beauty and deep ethical content familiar genre motifs. The exhibition introduces works by representatives of the artistic dynasty Formation, speaking to different genres and types of art. The exhibition includes works by A. A. Plastov, N. And.Plastov Н.Н.Пластова and E. N.
