Today Multimedia Art Museum in conjunction with Marina Gisich Gallery opens an exhibition of Gregory Maiofis "Russian bestiary».

Gregory Maiofis - a representative of the well-known St. Petersburg's artistic dynasty, as well as his father and grandfather, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts. Since the early 2000s, the artist turns to photography creates staged compositions involving circus animals, dancers, gymnasts and musicians. Since 2004, practicing alternative analogue photography printing (printing on salted papers bromoil, etc.). Gregory Maiofis painstakingly revives rare, disused before the Second World War, the technology bromoil. In this technique, performed a series of "Proverbs" and "Artist and Model", which the author of the work still continues.
