Lotosh Robert was born in 1953 in Leningrad. In 1982 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. N. Repin (Department of Sculpture). Member of the Union of Artists of Russia (since 1985). Exhibited since 1981, member of Russian and foreign exhibitions.

works are in private collections in Russia, France, Germany, Denmark, USA, Sweden, Finland, Israel and the Netherlands, at the State Russian Museum Museum of City Sculpture, St. Petersburg Museum of Modern Art, Moscow, in the collections of the Central Exhibition Hall "Manezh", the Ministry of Culture, the Art Fund and the Union of Artists of Russia.
