exhibition "Joan Miro. Images "occupies the entire space of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art on Gogol Boulevard, 10. Have made it possible not only to acquaint Russian connoisseurs Miro works with the artist, but by creating a structural exposure, immerse visitors in the world of creative imagination of Joan Miro and bring him new admirers of his work.

The organizers and curators Elvira Camara Lopez and Maria Luisa Lax Cacho have tried to identify the main themes in the works of Miró, a leitmotif that runs through his work. Exhibition space is divided into zones, each dedicated to a particular artistic image Craftsman gestures, landscape, bird, constellations, eye, woman, character and head.

In one of the halls recreated the art studio of Joan Miro. Partial reconstruction of the workshop in the museum allows you to feel the atmosphere in which Miró worked, and explore the creative method of the artist from the "inside." In the reconstituted studio - unique items, the most important subjects for the artist: the master table on which were mounted stretchers for paintings, brushes, palette, which remained mixed Miro hand paint, folk Spanish clay toys. They became the prototype of small plastic Joan Miro. Studio - part of the exhibition The Pilar and Joan Miró, created in 1981 by the artist himself and his wife to take young artists and explore their creativity.

All the same "free rules" apply for his sketches, book illustrations and ceramics.
