in the Stroganov Palace in St. Petersburg is the exposure patterns Mikhail Shemyakin . The exhibition is the result of the Commonwealth of the Russian Museum and the publisher "Vita Nova" and is associated with the publication of the book «Two Fates," which combined the lyrics of Vladimir Vysotsky, the illustrations for it and the memories of the artist's friendship with the poet. The exhibition includes 42 drawings made in the last decade and represent a unique experience in interpreting images of the poet's song.

Each of the sheets grows beyond the usual book illustration, revealing deeply personal reading texts by the artist Vladimir Vysotsky and fully disclosing the originality of vision of the world shaped by Mikhail Shemyakin. The author has distributed these pictures into groups according to the key themes of the songs of Vysotsky ("Destiny", "Alcohol", "Hunting for wolves," "mental hospital", "Flowers of Evil," "Civil War", "The Great Patriotic War", "Russia "). The famous French photographer Patrick Bernard in 1976-1977, made in Paris, a series of shots Vysotsky. These photographs, along with nine autographs of the poet are also included in the exhibition. The exhibition features 12 sketches for illustrations, selected from thousands of sheets of the working material not included in the book "Two of fate," but propagated in the exhibition catalog, prepared jointly by the Russian Museum and published by "Vita Nova».
