Victor Alimpiev: Strolling on the scene, the actress delivers a monologue, prompting a fist glad imperfect word rebel, a nod to blossom ... Words are equivalent actions: verbal statement is part of gestures, indications - as if the conductor suddenly began to help the cause of words, but a monologue as a whole becomes performatives (statement-action type "I will ..."). The words and actions as if the actress turned to her own words and actions on the opposite screen, as if commenting on them and challenges them creating a sports situation, a situation the concert (remember that historians make the word "concert" from two different roots: "match" and "consent"). "As if" - because the screen on the opposite - the same story, which was launched with a time delay, which creates the effect - but only the effect - the dialogue. Maybe this is why allegations here would sound like a question with a slight echo, repeat with the persistence of the issue. It is ironic reflection without rollback. Nothing here is returned as farce, but "ask" again and again in the performative statement. Perfect moral world in which words are equivalent actions.

Thumbs grabs, attracting the complexity of production, the wealth of colors and theatrical expression. But on closer examination it becomes apparent that the work created by minimal means. Creativity Victor Alimpiev is an unusual place in modern art, combining theater and documentary films, videos and music, drama and film. Despite the rigor and thoroughness of the process of creation, his works are in the sort of spontaneity that sets them apart from too many products with which we have introduced over the past two decades.
Alimpiev Victor was born in Moscow in 1973. He graduated from the Art College in 1905 and the memory of the school, "New Strategies for Contemporary Art" at the Institute of Contemporary Art. Today Alimpiev is one of the most prominent and interesting figures in contemporary Russian art. His work is included in the collections of such important Russian and foreign museums and foundations as the National Center for Contemporary Art, Moscow Museum of Modern Art, Tate Modern, Centre Pompidou, MuHka, MART-Museum of Modern and Contemporary A Rovereto, Ekaterina Cultural Foundation, the Foundation Modern City Foundation, Trussardi.
