Today in Moscow called classic photography gallery
Gallery opens an exhibition of American landscape photography. For the first time in Russia in a single exhibition will feature works of Ansel Adams, John Wimberly, Jody Forster, John Sexton, Alan Ross, Bob Kolbrenera, Jack Nixon and Clyde Bather

All work, in addition to the storyline, combines the thoroughness of execution: it this hand made, perfect composition, plus manual optical printing from the negatives of a large (up to 8 x 10 ") format. Images incredibly realistic, sometimes it seems that you look out the window: the richness of tones and detail are amazing, filled with images of light and air.
The exhibition presents mostly landscapes of North America: Pacific Coast, the national Alaska State Parks and the western part of the country, the Grand Canyon, mangrove forests in Florida - a favorite place of landscape photographers around the world, taken in the period from 1940 to early 2000's. Traditional photography dictates the traditional techniques: the organizers of the exhibition particularly highlights the fact that all the images captured on film are not subjected to the modern digital processing and analog optically printed on silver gelatin archival materials.

The exhibition will feature approximately 120 works included in the collection of Galleries classical photography.
