Today, July 1, 2010 year, called The Second Moscow Biennale of Young Art "Stop! Who goes there? ". Main Program Biennial is formed by an open admission applications. To participate in the Biennale of selected works by over 600 artists and art groups from Russia and 52 countries around the world (from Japan to Mexico and Canada), which are composed of 60 exhibitions will be submitted by 38 exhibition venues - in museums, galleries and contemporary art center Moscow, in July 2010. In the international program of the Biennale involved authors from the majority of large Russian cities (St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Ekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Kaliningrad, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, and others), CIS countries and CIS (Ukraine, Abkhazia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, etc.).

The first Biennale was meant to reflect the full spectrum of artistic experiences, develop young generation of artists, and became a kind of "reconnaissance in force", which in real fairgrounds identified many existing in the young art trends. Thus, as the main theme of the Biennale in 2010 was chosen as the phenomenon of "borders" and variations of its possible interpretations. Since the fall of the Berlin Wall - a symbolic boundary between two worlds - count the era of globalization, which is stamped on all the arts of modern times. Subject boundaries is related to the problem of communication - of artistic creation in an era of new technologies implying the removal of geographical "cordons" and allows us to produce creative ideas for free circulation. These and many other "frontier" and "related" topics will be addressed in the project.

Life is not mediated by virtual social networks and blogs, dialogue, awareness of the creative processes taking place in various locations, exchange ideas and opinions, the joint formulation of new concepts and methods is very important factor in the formation of saturated creative environment. Fragmented knowledge of the history of twentieth century art and disoriented in the current art processes because of neglect of national educational systems create many problems and "probuksovok" development. The possibility of direct contacts and dialogue, many authors with different cultural experiences make it possible involvement of national art in international art practice.

Participation in the project gives a last chance to continue further experiments and creative research, free of conditions, provides the opportunity to appear in a new way to show another facet of his talent - perhaps radically different from the expectations already familiar with the works of these authors, the audience.
In general, the Biennale of Young Art creates space to demonstrate the relevance is for the younger generation (artists and curators) problems, identify trends, a more complete analysis of what is about to come to the "adult" stage.
