Today in the Central House of Artists presents "The beginning and the traditions of Russian impressionism", which carries out the gallery "Melarus Art"

Today, February 25, at the Central House of Artists (hall № 3) presents "The beginning and the traditions of Russian impressionism", which carries the gallery "Melarus Art. The exhibition will present works of outstanding masters of the twentieth century, among them the founders of the Vladimir school of landscape: Vladimir Yoockin , Kim Britov and Since the 1960's in Russia's history of art firmly established the concept of "Vladimir school of painting, with its characteristic open decorative and false color in the landscape. She became a phenomenon, which is difficult to find analogues in the whole spectrum of contemporary art in Russia. Motives of the Russian provinces, its fate, the daily lives of its people - these are the main theme of the Vladimir creative artists.

Along with pictures of the recognized masters of the Vladimir school at the exhibition will showcase the work of talented artists who continue the traditions of Russian Impressionism These include such authors as Vladimir Hramkov, Igor Berdyshev , Alexander Averin and Nikita Pichugin.

PS In January this year, a major solo exhibition KN Britova passed in the halls of the Vladimir regional center of fine art. The exhibition, which was prepared as a Jubilee, unfortunately, proved to be posthumous.
