Melkiorre Napolitano was born in Palermo in 1949, here was art education, diploma in architecture. Since 1973, Napolitano has taught painting at the State Art Lyceum Palermo. Since 1966, he was an active participant in numerous art exhibitions in Italy and abroad. At the exhibition of the artist has traveled the world - from Switzerland to Yugoslavia, from Turkey to Korea, from Argentina to Brazil.
According to the author himself, in a volcano, he found an ideal world, of which he dreamed. This "discovery desirable civilization that does not exist, but maybe there is one, which left behind only a few traces, the shapes, signs ..." - he said. "Visions" of the artist does not leave us indifferent: they are worried, worried for space interpretation of the world, deformed or not yet formed, only that the birth of the initial chaos.
