Art Gregory Chainikova in Russia Academy of Arts
Today, 9 September, at 16.00 in the halls of Russia Academy of Arts (Prechistenka, 21) opens an exhibition of works corresponding member of the Russia Academy of Fine Arts Gregory Chainikova (1960-2008). On display are paintings, created by the master in 1990-2008 years.
Gregory Dummies - bright and original artist who managed to say its weighty word in art. Throughout his short creative life he remained loyal to the principles that guided his teacher - folk artists of the USSR He was born in 1960 in the village Grahovo in Udmurtia. In 1987 he graduated from Moscow State Art Institute named after VI Surikov. In 1988-1991 he studied in the creative workshops of painting (under the leadership of AP and SP Tkachev), USSR Academy of Arts, started working in the House of creativity. Repin «Academic Dacha», which was written most of his paintings. Since 1988 - Member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
Fabrics Chainikova have high professional skill, spontaneity and sincerity, they are all united by love for their country, without which, according to the author himself, he could not conceive of himself or creativity. Tver, Ryazan, Arkhangelsk region, Vyatka, Solovki, Balaam - in the field of view of the artist turned out to be the most remote corners of Russia. It captures the unique landscapes of Russian nature: vast expanses of forest, rivers, quiet northern village.
