Today, August 6, at the Moscow exhibition hall «A3 Gallery» Exhibition «The triumph of good», which takes place in the charity art project «12 good work» , on the way of the Holy George.

art project «12 good works» has existed since 2007. It is devoted to the image of the Holy Martyr George, the victim of which was a symbol of high spiritual victory.

«artistic community immediately supported this project - recalls organizer S. Katran. - It is not surprising that all successful and evolved: inside, contacts, time and money, because the case was the inspiration for the abbot Meschovskogo the monastery's father George, a patron - George the Victorious ». One of the first to respond to the request for the participation of renowned artist Katya Medvedev: «A remarkable project. St. George? Ok. Set ». And a week later: «Where are you all already done. Project «12 good works» - charity. Artists set very reasonable prices. All proceeds from the sale of paintings funds are available to the Holy Georgievsk monastery for the restoration of unique architectural complex, as well as to maintain Meschovskogo creative center for children who care for his father George.

Now the total number of participants has nearly tripled. A 7 exhibitions. Already the first charity auction. The plans - part in the largest exhibition projects, organizing their own exhibitions in different venues in Moscow and other cities of Russia, a new charity auction, and major special projects in 2010, timed to the May 6, (St George) and May 9 ( 65 th anniversary of the Victory). The project was supported by a creative union of artists of Russia, the Russian Academy of Arts.

Exhibition «The Triumph of Good» brings together 30 well-known painters and sculptors who work in different creative directions: to the genres and styles together different «izmy», primitivistskaya painting, it is appropriate next to the realist classic, features well-Impressionism combined, and even on the same plane of abstraction, symbolism and fantastic realism.
