In the Moscow Museum of Modern Art exhibition opens today Ilany Raviv

Today, the Moscow Museum of Modern Art opens a personal exhibition Ilany Raviv «Reflections». The exhibition will be a direct continuation of large-scale retrospective of the artist, held in the 2007/2008 year, the Russian Museum in St. Petersburg. Ilana Raviv was born in 1945 in Tel Aviv (Israel). From an early age fell in love with drawing pencils and writing inks. Served in the IDF, Raviv fully devote himself to painting. In 1980-1990 years lived and worked in New York. From 1980 to 1984 she studied at the New York School of Art Art Student League, where her teachers were Roberto Delamonika, Bruce Dorfman, Knox Martin. Today, the life and work of Raviv indivisible associated with the two countries - Israel and the United States. In 2008, the Council of the City of Tel Aviv and the contribution of artists awarded her the title «Woman of the Year» in the field of art.
