The topic of naive art of the Soviet Union - first and foremost issue of vanishing cultural memory. Creativity Soviet «naive» artists today rapidly back and forth. A true - nowhere. Paintings self forever disappear from public view, at best osedaya in private collections, in the worst - was killed in zapustevshih homes designated for demolition. This stratum of culture nevospolnim: The authors of paintings are usually very elderly and many have died. Their art has intrinsic value, where it arose, and it is necessary first of all, we, born and living in Russia today.
The first phase of the project publications program «Interros» «Sovetskoe naïve art» was the issue in 2007, the same 380-page illustrated book. It collected more than 300 artworks - paintings and graphic artists self. Not having an academic education, «naive» artists depicted the dreams and fantasies of Soviet people and their everyday life and everyday life, and most importantly - your own perceptions of the world where the crowning with slogans saying nonsense - with realism, folklore - with politpropagandoy. Much of the book «Sovetskoe naïve art» was first published works from private collections.
The second phase of the project - exhibition «Наивная history». The starting point of the exhibit consists of more than 120 works have been published in the book works. To show the work was selected for the eight key themes, and also added a number of works not included in the book.
Introducing heritage «Soviet primitive», Publishing Program «Interros» appeal, not only for yesterday, had exotic experiences of life in the USSR, but also to the circumstances of naive art and artistic properties.
interest in the arts, arising «in the middle of people's lives», stable throughout the twentieth century. Success Niko Pirosmani , search for jobs in neoprimitiva Mikhail Larionov and Natalia Goncharova , the language of primitive passion of the artist 1930's and the new wave of interest in him during the 1960 -- All this suggests a natural effect of naive art in a professional artistic process. In a country where apple art lesson at school was to «promote compassion labor and farmers sovhoznikov», as citizens, according to statistics, spending an average of just under two cents a year for visits to museums and exhibitions, the traction to take any kind of art has been remarkably great.
reverse the impact of professional artists to self-create itself the Soviet reality. Many professional artists, focusing on their own creativity and avoid daily work on the custom portraits of leaders and panorama factory in factories Art Fund, often went to teach in the clubs, art schools, houses of culture. In correspondence, the national university of arts (ZNUI), existed for many years and has taught well-known painters, and graphics. The artist and student, separated not only prior experience of life, but hundreds of kilometers long to become friends by correspondence. Students send new work, and teachers to write reviews, give professional advice.
