Under the program «The origins of contemporary Russian photography» Gallery presents an exhibition Photographer.ru a PC, a living classic photos of Nicholas Bakhareva.

All the author's photo can be roughly divided into two parts by a «place of the shooting», hence the title of the exhibition: the public - an area of residence, private - personal space behind closed doors.

Nikolay Bakharev was born in the Siberian village of Mikhaylivka (Altai Territory) in 1946, four years, lost his parents, grew up in an orphanage until adulthood, and then worked as a mechanic at the metallurgical plant - until he took the hands of the camera.
