26 November at 17.00 in the 18 and 19 halls of Central House of Artists on the Crimean shaft opens third book illustrators autumn exhibition, organized by the Central House of Artists and exhibition project «Book illustration». It will take place in the 10 th International Fair of Intellectual Literature Non /Fiction, which this year represents more than 265 participants from 21 countries, 12 special displays and two parallel projects - Antiquarian Book Fair and Exhibition «Scent of book binding. Domestic individual binding of XIX - XX centuries ».

Opening «Third autumn exhibition book illustrators» - this is certainly a significant event not only for the art world in Moscow, but for the entire book industry of modern Russia. In the halls of the exposition will be presented to more than 100 professional artists of the book, illustrating how elite or mass publication, both adults and children's literature, working both in the Russian and foreign markets.

art of book illustration has always been one of the most significant achievements of our country. In the late XIX - early XX century, the artist group «world of art» has become world famous. In Soviet times, Russian book illustrations indisputably and deservedly took the lead in the world. Today is a wonderful and time-consuming art of illustration, in Russia, despite the difficult situation in the book industry, continues to live and develop in order to gratify their own fruit and create many more and many succeeding generations.

In the third book illustrators autumn exhibition, visitors can get acquainted with the work of artists working in various styles, techniques and manners of different generations. But there is much that unites them: professional and creative approach to his life, courage and wealth of imagination, deep knowledge of the great Russian tradition of book illustration and the ardent desire to develop and multiply.

In addition to the project «Book Illustration» 18 CHA Hall can be visited Moscow 4-th International exhibition «book artist», which was also carried out in the Non /Fiction and organized with the support of the gallery «Recreational» Design Studio «Triangular wheel».
